Booking Policies
A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at your event, prior to performance. The deposit holds your timeslot as reserved. It is refundable up until two weeks before the event, at which point it is non-refundable unless Tamra Henna has to cancel. Be assured that she will only do so in the event of extreme illness or family emergency. A subsitute dancer will be arranged if you so desire at the agreed-upon fee.
Please be aware that Tamra Henna’s schedule fills up quickly and try to book your event as much in advance as is possible. Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) will be charged at a higher rate.
Multiple bookings for a dancer on a given night are common; please plan your event carefully and coordinate with Tamra Henna for your reserved performance time. Tamra Henna will arrive 10-15 minutes before showtime, and will leave promptly after the conclusion of the arranged appearance. Delays resulting in a wait time between arrival and performance will be charged at a rate of $25 per 10 minutes of wait time past the agreed-upon showtime, and may result in your show being cut short due to other previously booked engagements on that same evening.
Deposits may be secured via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, credit card, personal check, company check, or money order. Balance may be paid via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, credit card, personal check or company check prior to the date of the event, or by Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash on the day of the event.
